Reach → Disciple → Equip → Empower → Send

Reach — Reach people with the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Disciple — Establish believers in Christ and teach them to live under His Lordship.

Equip — Prepare disciples through biblical teaching, spiritual formation, and ministry training.

Empower — Help equipped believers discover and exercise their spiritual gifts, calling, and capacities for service through the power of the Holy Spirit.

Send — Release disciples into ministry, evangelism, missions, leadership, church planting, their vocations, communities, and other spheres of influence.

Motto — What kind of people are we as we do it?

A People With a Mind to Work (Nehemiah 4:6b).

The Reproductive Cycle

The process does not end with Send. Those who are sent become instruments through whom others are reached and brought into the same disciple-making process:

Reach → Disciple → Equip → Empower → Send → Reach Others

Those who are reached become disciples. Disciples are equipped. The equipped are empowered. The empowered are sent. Those who are sent reach others, and the cycle continues.

In this way, the ministry does not merely seek to produce disciples; it seeks to produce disciples who make disciples.
